Reusable layouts and broadcast designs

Compose artwork and widgets, then choose where and when that design plays.

Layouts

  1. Open Layouts and choose one of the visual templates. Assign playlists to artwork zones and saved widgets to widget zones.
  2. Each screen can keep an everyday layout. A broadcast can temporarily choose a different design.
  3. Sizing-only edits update the existing layout. Structural/name edits show Save as new layout and must be selected for their destinations.
  4. Layout cards show linked screens and artwork sizing. Artwork sizing across layouts corrects all active artwork zones and sets the default for new templates, without changing widgets or geometry.

Broadcasts

  1. Open Broadcasts and follow Where → Content & design → When → Review.
  2. Select an independent screen or venue destination, choose content and a design, then review timing and timezone before publishing.
  3. Pause, resume, edit or duplicate programmes as needed. A temporary design returns to the everyday programme after the window.
  4. An offline screen receives changes after reconnecting. Linked destinations and published instructions are not proof that artwork has played.
