Your brand colours and sidebar logo

Give your team a workspace with your own colours and sidebar logo.

Enable the add-on

Ask our team to enable Brand appearance for your organisation. It is a paid add-on to your subscription.
Your agreed monthly fee appears on future invoices in your subscription currency. Existing invoices do not change.

Open Organisation profile → Brand appearance as the organisation owner.
Choose a colour combination or select your own primary, accent and background colours. The preview updates as you choose.
To replace the sidebar logo, first upload a logo under Organisation profile, then enable Use organisation logo in sidebar.
The logo area matches the sidebar by default. To give it its own colour, turn off Match logo area to sidebar and choose Logo area colour.
Select Save brand appearance. Saved changes apply to your team’s CMS workspace. Other open sessions refresh their appearance within about a minute.

Select Reset to default to restore the standard appearance. This does not cancel the paid add-on.
Ask support to change or cancel the add-on. Changes to the monthly fee apply to future invoices without automatic proration.
Players and public pages retain their existing appearance. If billing access is restricted, the CMS uses its default appearance and keeps your saved colours for later.
