Subscriptions and billing questions

Review your subscription, invoices and payment status.

Billing

  1. Organisation owners can open Subscription & billing to view their plan, screen licences, billing details and invoices.
  2. Open an invoice to preview, print/save as PDF or download the available CSV.
  3. Where enabled, Pay invoice opens hosted Paystack checkout. The server must verify payment before it is confirmed.
  4. For plan changes, payment problems, cancellations or refunds, contact human support. Test payments do not settle live invoices.
