Manage Media Library artwork

Keep artwork easy to find, preview and reuse.

Manage artwork

  1. Open Media Library to upload multiple files, drag and drop artwork or organise it into folders.
  2. Use previews and displayed dimensions to check the correct file. Rename artwork to make it easier to recognise.
  3. Only verified, available artwork should be deployed. Check validation errors if a file is not ready.
  4. Deleting media permanently removes its stored file when cleanup completes. Remove active uses first and keep an original copy if you may need it again.
