HLS, MP4 and YouTube streams

Use supported public HTTPS streams as playlist artwork.

Add a stream

  1. Open Media Library → Add stream and choose HTTPS HLS, direct HTTPS MP4 or a YouTube video/live link.
  2. Choose a verified uploaded fallback image, test the stream and save it.
  3. Add it through Deploy artwork or a playlist, assign brand/campaign labels, then publish. Streaming requires player 0.12.0 or newer.
  4. Internet and provider restrictions still apply. YouTube can have ads, branding, embedding or autoplay restrictions; HLS can require CORS support.
  5. On failure, the downloaded fallback is shown. Displaying a fallback is not reported as a successful stream campaign play.
