A video is dark or will not play

Check the video

1. Check that images and other videos play on the same screen.
2. Try the affected video alone in a full-screen layout. If it works there but not in a split layout, check that zone’s sizing and the layout selected for the screen.
3. Inspect Logs & instructions for decoder, download or playback errors. A file that plays on a PC may still use a codec unsupported by an Android box.
4. Try an H.264 MP4 compatibility export in Resize & compress. If the problem continues, send human support the player version, device model, error and affected file.
