Get a person involved when a guide or assistant cannot resolve the issue.
Contact support
- Open Help & support and describe the issue to the DOOXOOH assistant.
- Choose Talk to human to transfer the conversation, or New request to open a request directly.
- Add a clear subject, category, priority, related screen and a description of what happened. Attach useful screenshots or logs.
- Track replies and status in the same workspace. Never include passwords, API keys or pairing codes.
